UPDATE REVIEW Called back to Robin rose & Bakes treating my wife. Traveled from Nottingham on a Friday got there at 12.10pm lovely greeting from the ladies. Looked at what was on offer it was only Cakes. Asked why and was told a man called in purchased all there sandwiches for a funeral. This wiped out their food selection leaving nothing for people who wanted a sandwich. Disappointed was nothing near my feelings. We are not blaming the staff ! But this bloke knew he had a funeral and should have pre ordered the food not clear the shop out on a Friday. The staff should have said sorry we can’t sell it all to you as it will leave us with no food for our regular customers. Bad management is to blame. Sorry for a bad review but things like this will lose you customers. What an amazing gluten free cafe. The staff were so friendly and polite 🫶 Amazing sandwiches and cake pasty’s and sausage rolls, lovely coffee and soft drinks. Service was amazing. We travelled one hour to visit this location and it was worth it 12 out 10 is our rating.

Absolutely wonderful place, it's so lovely to be able to go somewhere you don't have to worry about cross contamination! I've been wanting to visit since they opened and finally managed to tie it into a weekend away (we live 2 hours away). All of the bakes I tried were lovely, but highly recommend the raspberry frangipane. Will have to plan another trip to Lincolnshire soon so we can go back.

We had a selection of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and vegan mini cakes for our wedding because of the makeup of our guests. Everyone loved them. They were just absolutely great cakes and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Lovely little cafe and second hand book shop. First time visiting with elderly parents - lady behind the counter was very warm and welcoming and even moved some tables to accommodate us. Lovely atmosphere and coffee was very good. Bonus that it also has it's own car park. Will definitely visit again if we are in Navenby.

Thanks again for the bakes! I pre ordered and picked up at Stamford market. Everything was beautifully packaged and ready to go when I collected from the stall on Ironmonger Street. My afternoon tea selection was delicious, seriously the best scones I’ve had in ages. Happy customer!

I absolutely love this place. After moving to the area and not knowing anyone or anywhere finding this gem really helped me feel settled! I’m not gluten free but I adore the cakes (especially the sprinkle cake) and the coffee or not coffee is always so good. I attend the book club too and it’s so lovely and welcoming, good vibes and great people. Thank you China and Diane along with all the staff for making a lonely southern gal feel there is a place to go and feel at home ☕️

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 China created the most stunning cake for my parents wedding that was far beyond anything I had imagined. I got in touch on short notice due to some sad and unfortunate circumstances for our family and China was fantastic. Communication was quick and efficient. Their kindness and generosity really helped me navigate planning a wedding with only 2 weeks notice. Not only was the cake aesthetically beautiful, but it was also absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The cake became the centrepiece of a really poignant and joyful memory for our family and was suitably placed on the bonnet of my dad’s beloved car, ready for cutting. And cut it they did- in their pyjamas! We are so deeply grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robin Rose Bakes to anyone looking for something truly special.

Fantastic little place! It is so nice for those of us with dietary restrictions to have a completely free range choice of everything! And I think the icing on the cake (pun intended!) is the fact that those who can eat dairy and gluten always comment on how they would never be able to tell ♥️. Part of me wishes I lived in Navenby so I could become a regular, but the other part of me (mainly my waistline) is quite glad I have to eagerly wait for my next visit 😄.

I was so excited to find this coffee shop / book shop that is dedicated gluten free! I love that dogs are allowed in and they have a good selection of books and merchandise from independent sellers. The latte was beautiful and I got a selection of cakes to take home for my boys who are also gluten free! Will definitely visit again if in the area. I didn't get the opportunity to try their sandwiches due to a delivery issue but I'll try them again in the future.

My wife is GF and really wanted to visit. The sandwiches were really nice (I had New York Pastrami, she had Chicken Pesto). I had a Caramel Iced Latte (which comes with Oat milk) and was really nice. We also had a Bourbon Brownie and Sprinkle Cake which tasted amazing! All really nice and a great atmosphere. Worth a visit if you live in Lincoln.
